LG has today announced a new addition to its range of All-in-one PCs with the unveiling of the new LG Cinematic All-in-one PC which comes supplied with an awesome IPS 21:9 UltraWide display.

The LG Cinematic IPS 21:9 UltraWide display offers users a 2560 x 1080 resolution and comes running Microsoft’s latest Windows 8 operating system together with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M GPU for advanced graphics processing.

A great feature of the new LG Cinematic All-in-one PC is its picture-in-picture (PIP) that allows users to surf the internet while watching TV, together with Extra View, which allows a section of the display to be utilised to access a TV schedule or another application. LG explains more in their press release:

“LG’s 29-inch IPS 21:9 UltraWide lineup makes multitasking more convenient with extra screen real estate for displaying more content and information on one screen. Well suited to the needs of the modern professional, these exceptional displays further enhance multitasking with 4-Screen Split and Dual Link-up features.

These advanced devices are also ideal for gamers and movie buffs, as the 21:9 aspect ratio makes the viewing experience more immersive. The IPS 21:9 UltraWide series is Mac compatible and supports Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL), HDMI and DisplayPort, transforming the PCs into powerful entertainment hubs capable of mirroring and transmitting content from a wide range of devices.”

Some specifications have still to be unveiled for the new LG Cinematic IPS 21:9 UltraWide All-in-one PC and unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always.
